Where do you post to?

I post within Australia as well as internationally.

 How long will it take you to post my order?

Most Red Sky At Night Jewellery designs are "Made to order" meaning they are created when ordered (this will be stated in the description).  Made to order pieces can take up to 2 weeks to ship depending on how fast I can get it made for you.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.  

If your order is for a gift or a specific date, please send me an email at georgia@redskyatnight.com.au to make sure I can get it to you before the date required.  I will always try my very  best to get your orders to you ASAP.

For International deliveries, most orders are trackable & delivery time will vary depending on the country that you are ordering from, please email georgia@redskyatnight.com.au with any enquires.

 

Shipping info:

I ship with Australia Post Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

I use Australia Post to ship all orders.

At the checkout there is a normal, registered post option  as well as an express post option for you to choose from depending on when you need your new jewels.

All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer on international shipments.

Unfortunately, Red Sky At Night Jewellery takes no responsibility for parcels lost in the post.

Are your pieces made from sterling silver?

All silver used is sterling silver.


How do I care for my new purchase?

*Remove all jewellery before taking a shower or doing household tasks such as cleaning. The abrasive particles in chemicals can cause dullness in appearance.

*Stones are delicate and will break if dropped and may come loose from the setting. Look after your crystals and stones as they are as delicate.

*It is recommended to clean your jewellery carefully and regularly with a soft jewellery cleaning cloth after each wear to remove oils and other chemicals. If using a professional jewellery-cleaning product, always read the manufacturers instructions.

How are your pieces packaged?
Red Sky At Night Jewellery comes carefully and beautifully packaged.  Gift wrapping is free of charge.

 Do you accept returns?

Please note I cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind. Please choose carefully.

If the product is received faulty we will fully refund or replace the piece including any postage costs incurred by you. Returns must be notified via email to georgia@redskyatnight.com.au, within 2 days of receiving your order & must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault & also proof of purchase. The faulty item must be received back within 14 days of the purchase date to be replaced, refunded or repaired. The item must also be returned in original condition with swing tags, packaging & also unworn.

Once your return has been received, your refund, exchange or repair will occur.
